    Josiah brings years of experience in creative graphic design, marketing and public relations. He supports the development of branded communications materials and visual content for print and digital platforms, with experience in corporate communications and event-related creative production.

  2. East Africa Public Relations Association - EAPRA

    I have been actively involved in the Association since its establishment, providing strategic consultancy to top management on union-related matters among member countries during its foundation stage. I have also served as the Lead Designer and Printing Service Provider for the Association’s Tanzania-based events in 2024 and 2025. My involvement has extended beyond creative services to include event planning, coordination, execution, and management, contributing to the successful delivery of the conferences.

  3. PZG PR Company Limited

    Being part of PZG PR I have contributed to a range of strategic communications, public relations and creative communication assignments involving high-profile clients and stakeholders, including Ikulu Mawasiliano, Miss Universe Tanzania 2026, and Rosalynn Mworia, Managing Director of Mwananchi Communications Limited. During this period, PZG PR was recognised among the Top 30 Independent PR Agencies in Africa by Africa PR Week, while the agency’s Chief Purpose Officer and Founder, Prudence Zoe Glorious, was recognised among the Top 10 Women in PR Tanzania, reflecting the wider practice professional environment. Beyond client assignments, I have contributed to initiatives that strengthen PZG PR’s internal culture, agency legacy and creative identity, through number of projects including Creating Value and Hey Work Bestie, JUA na UA and Love Da. Zoe, demonstrating my ability to develop communication ideas that connect storytelling, creativity, culture and audience engagement.

  4. Public Relations Society of Tanzania - PRST

    I have part of the PRST team that contributed to the execution of the first PR Excellence Awards in Tanzania, and I have also been involved in the development discussions around the Rasimu ya Sheria for establishing a professional accreditation board for PR practitioners. Over the years, I have contributed to different PRST events, activities and professional development initiatives both nationally and internationally, including activities around the hosting and participation of APRA and EAPRW.
